RiskScape is an easy-to-use multi-hazard impact and risk assessment tool developed in partnership between GNS Science and the National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research.

The RiskScape model provides a framework to calculate the risk of impact to assets from different types of natural hazards. Risk information can then inform decision making for a range of natural hazard management activities including land-use planning, emergency management, asset management and insurance.

This website provides you with information about the RiskScape model and program. Registered RiskScape users can download the latest software prototype with a FREE two month evaluation license.

The RiskScape team encourages all visitors to register as RiskScape users, download and test the model, then use the forum to exchange experiences with the software, suggest model improvements, post questions to the RiskScape team and contact the helpdesk.
